Great location for families—close to major attractions. Loved the comfortable room and nearby dining options. Unexpectedly decent steak at the restaurant, too.

The hotel features stylish decor that is inviting, and the common areas are easily navigable, making it a comfortable place for seniors to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing attentive service throughout my stay.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

great location but poor service experience
The location offered convenient access to major attractions. Touring the White House was easy since it was right around the corner. The King Room with City View was spacious, providing a lovely skyline view.
The manager's service during our stay fell short of expectations.

Just an appropriate option for a short-term stay in Washington with real value for money. The room was nice and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Be prepared for some customer service issues though. a little friendly interaction goes a long way.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, making it easy for our family to explore downtown. The cleanliness of our room stood out, and the friendly staff made our stay comfortable, especially while accommodating our large group of teenagers and children.
My children wanted better soundproofing since it was a bit noisy at night.

The suite was lovely, and we really enjoyed the complimentary water bottles each day. The pool was relaxing, and the fitness room was a nice bonus for getting some exercise in. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others! 😊

Easy access to a Metro station close by. The breakfast was decent but too pricey. Staff were very friendly, especially at the Grist Mill restaurant. Noise from the street was annoying at night.

Excellent location with friendly staff
I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the hotel's prime location that made it easy to explore major attractions. The friendly staff went out of their way to make my visit pleasant, especially the breakfast crew who offered a delightful variety to start the day. On the downside, noise from the street could be bothersome, so I'd recommend a higher floor for a quieter experience.

Great choice for a group getaway
The breakfast here was surprisingly good, lots of choices and the staff were friendly even though it was busy.
Yeah, it wasn't the cheapest option but for what you get, it’s passable.

I had a positive experience during my recent stay at Hilton Garden. The room was spacious and furnished in a stylish gray, black, and gold palette that made it feel welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious, featuring a good selection of items that set a positive tone for the day. Additionally, the staff, particularly the front desk and valet teams, were accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more pleasant.
One downside was the lack of on-site parking options.

Clean room with a modern decor caught my eye immediately. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker made things convenient during our eight-night stay. Location couldn’t be better. just a short walk to many attractions. There’s a CVS nearby for snacks and essentials. The staff were friendly, and my check-in was smooth. However, the pillows lacked support and left me uncomfortable. The bathroom sink was clogged, and it took longer than expected for maintenance to fix it. I noticed a threadbare towel with holes, and I mentioned this to the front desk, but it was disappointing not to see any immediate action. Also, two drawers weren’t enough for our clothes. A bigger closet or more drawer space would’ve improved our stay significantly.
